@duffney looks like one of the commits was not signed. Can you sign the commits?

@binbin-li @susanshi @akashsinghal @duffney Just to confirm that Ratify v1.2.0 is compliant with OCI 1.1 spec as oras-go v2.5.0 library was bumped up. If yes, I think OCI 1.1 support is worth mentioning in the blog post.

@yizha1 I found oras-go v2.5.0 in the go.mod on the main branch. I'll add that it as a bullet under the key features section.
