Small change suggestion: text arrangement and calendar description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I think the navbar will be more fancy if it looks like:

last year last month next month next year 
Jan Feb Mar Apr May Jun Jul Aug Sep Oct Nov Dec

Just split it into two lines. It looks especially good for small screen, like 
smart phone.

And I wish one more thing.
I need 'calendar description' or 'notification for calendar users', few lines 
of small size text below the calendar title.
It might be very useful for multi-user calendar.
It's not difficult technically, I think, but I'm not good at PHP.
Your code looks fancy and wonderful, that means it's too complex for me :/
So if you implement it, I will be very grateful for that.
