Add 1 Million Cups Boise #12

Don't have an event source yet; haven't checked Facebook or Meetup.

http://www.1millioncups.com/boise/events seems lagged (doesn't list new events, e.g. on May 25 it didn't list the May 25th event.)

https://trailheadboise.org/event/?ical=1 does list the same event, but also many others that are not this group. Need vcal URL support in gemstateio-groups and gemstate.io at minimum to proceed to use that.

I think letting Trailhead to track these is the best plan, but they are not consistent about it.

Trailhead's Facebook events did not list the June 22 2017 event. The vcal feed did list it.

The Boise registration with www.1millioncups.com expired. If anyone's running one of these now, I just haven't heard about it. If someone starts it again it won't necessarily have any association to Trailhead. For now, leaving this open. https://www.1millioncups.com/community_applications/new
