The "organizer" field should name current person or group responsible for a group/event, and optionally emailAddress that can be used to contact the person/group. Organizer can also be used to disambiguate two groups w/ the same name, e.g. "Boise AWS."
E.g. organizer of group 1 is "Boise State Office of Information Technology", with no email address.
E.g. organizer of group 2 is "Jeremy Zerr", "example-address@zerrtech.com"
