Support ITC events #62

They use memberzone which has ical for individual events but not all events?

I sent ITC a message through memberzone events contact point to see if we can move this forward.

memberzone support pointed me to:

Which appears to be useful.

PR'd and merged but waiting for this to go live before closing.

Idaho Tech Council has since moved away from memberzone, it appears. The allevents.ics URL had started repeating events incorrectly. We're now using the calendar ITC's publishing using the Modern Tribe WP plugin directly on their site, see 0a628d9c6b9a2e54a8bfea8b8c2fe9a3160b8e1c.
