Hey @rfg-lab — Scikit-Image is certainly on our roadmap, and we should be getting to it sooner rather than later (I don't have an ETA at this moment though, I'm afraid).
There is no standard process you could follow, unfortunately. While compiling the packages is usually fairly straightforward, it's getting them to work reliably within the OS constraints that takes most of the time. 😔

Hi,
Is there any chance that you could add support for scikit-image? Or is there a standard process to compile packages to use with Juno that I could follow to try to help? I teach a course on image processing at the University of Toronto, and we do a ton with scikit-image, and the lack of support in Juno is preventing me from recommending it to the students. Otherwise, it is a wonderful app.
