concerto R package is not installed concerto v 4 installation error

i have followed all the steps as mentioned in teh follwing page for installing 
concerto version 4

https://code.google.com/p/concerto-platform/wiki/installation4

however, i am getting error message

"concerto R package is not installed"

(snapshots are attached)

You need to complete wiki installation4 step 3
https://code.google.com/p/concerto-platform/wiki/installation4

R CMD INSTALL -l {{PATH}} concerto

The path is the library directory where your R framework is located.

For instance, for my mac, the path is
/Library/Frameworks/R.framework/Versions/3.1/Resources/library
