Fix travis
Simplify local testing
move recurse to utils so i can use it with knowit.know
add __all__
added complete_name and filesize https://github.com/ratoaq2/knowit/issues/2 I should have update the rst file but cba since rst sucks.

Let me know it i should remove the sys hacks and ill squash it.

If you squash your commits, then I'll merge it with a merge commit. Otherwise I'll squash them
