Python 2 -> 3? #8

Python 2 nears EOL. Are there plans to migrate RiboDiff to Python 3?

Is there a newer version of RiboDiff that works on Python 3? We're about to remove the ribodiff package from GNU Guix, because we don't want to support Python 2 any longer.
