New Adaptive Anchor Banners #404

AdMob have now got Adaptive banner ads to replace the smart banner ad placements - would be great to see this added to this amazing plugin!

Why should you upgrade to adaptive? If you currently serve standard or smart banners via the Google Mobile Ads SDK, upgrading to adaptive anchor banners can result in a revenue uplift as high as 20%.
