Questions about maintain and contributing #410

As I see per the PR that are open since June 2019 is this plugin not being maintained. Is there an "official" up to date fork of this?

If so, a couple of questions.

  1. Why there is no info about how to run the tests in the development docs?
  2. I have made a PR to enable test devices on Reward videos but I could not run any java tests, I have just manually test it (glups) https://github.com/ratson/cordova-plugin-admob-free/pull/409
