Missing: A License File #67

It took me a while to figure out what license your project is:

https://packagist.org/packages/fp/lightopenid -> Unknown License

references: https://github.com/formapro/LightOpenID as canonical source - no
license in source -- a fork that, btw, exists because:
https://gitorious.org/lightopenid/lightopenid/merge_requests/17 (which is over
10 months old)

it references: http://gitorious.org/lightopenid which finally has MIT license
in the description, but doesn't have a License file either.

Please add http://opensource.org/licenses/MIT as a LICENSE file to your source
code.

https://packagist.org/packages/fp/lightopenid <- This is the first time I see
this link, it has nothing at all to do with me

You report that a fork doesn't have a LICENSE file. I can't do anything about
that.

The one source file of this library, `openid.php`, clearly mentions the license
in the top comment, currently at line 48:
https://gitorious.org/lightopenid/lightopenid/blobs/33dc2c8353a712888542eabe8990
06dcfa2765d8/openid.php#line48

But I do agree that a LICENSE file will make this more clear. And as such, I
have added one.

Thank you very much!

In general would also be nice to have all things in one place, or all places
pointing to the canonical version. This Google project for instance says that
sources are in subversion, which they are not.
