Do not automatically propagate auto-correlation flags #102

I think auto-correlations are automatically flagged. While it may be useful for follow-up imaging, it hinders attempts at using autocorrs for diagnostics post-calibration. Also, maybe flagging autocorrs should not be the job of the calibration software. Can this be made optional?

QuartiCal deselects autocorrelations entirely - I don't think it can change their flags. I would not be surprised if these were flagged by the observatory. @landmanbester could you please verify that QuartiCal is to blame?
