This PR is not going to be merged immediately. It adds a basic RM solver (doesn't account for offsets). I am going to delay merging this until I have a testing framework for the solvers, as there are now too many to test manually. Additionally, I want to change the way in which the parameters are stored as the current layout is frustrating to work with and this PR has to use a dummy axis name to cope.
