Very simply makes it possible for QuaritCal to avoid writing to FLAG/FLAG_ROW.
Note that this is an adequate solution but it may be preferable to allow QuartiCal to handle arbitrary input and output flag columns. While no other software really supports this, it might be a boon when trying to test out different flagging strategies.
