Quick summary: Adds gain and parameter flagging using my "trendy" flagging approach. I have slightly updated how arguments get passed around in the solvers to make further changes simpler. Also includes a fix for flat spectrum source models as well as two helpful CLI utilities goquartical-backup and goquartical-restore. These CLI utilities can be used to make zarr backups are arbitrary MS columns.
Note that is one of the last pressing features and there will likely be a public beta release early in the new year.
