Can we please report the flagging percentage #220

It would be very useful to report the percentage visibilities flagged before and after QuartiCal, particularly with mad_flags in effect.

Sure - this shouldn't be too much of a problem. I will do it as soon as I get the chi-squared logging into the solver (in progress, just looking for a race condition).
