Add unit tests for cabs #373

Every Cab should have a test.py file which does the following:

Tests basic run with default parameters
A failure test to see if it reports an exception if it fails

@SpheMakh , how will it test the non-default parameters which might actually be the changes in a particular pull request?

If you add new parameters, you may also need to update the test.
