pybdsm cab: add OMP_NUM_THREADS setting #673

Pybdsm is apparently responsive to OMP_NUM_THREADS as far as using multiple CPUs goes.

This needs to be exposed as a cab parameter and set in the runscript.

Ahh wait I see there's also ncores, not sure how these interact, maybe ncores covers it.
