Load additional "FIELD_ID" column from MS, allow user selection and only grid contributions to the selected pointing. BUG: Currently assuming there is only one pointing

Added seems to be doing fine but I'm going to test this with the nice big EVLA dataset I've just downloaded :). This will be available in the next release.
