The COllections Plotter now saves PNG files under the rather cryptic names of "data-XY.png". If I'm saving the output of several plotters, it gets hard to keep track of the files. It would help if the name of the node was prepended to the filename.

The node name is now prepended to the file. I've also added this fix for result_plotter output.
