At some time during the past year or so the QWhatsThis icon seems to have disappeared from the GUI browser top right hand corner to be replaced by the Purr icon. We need to get this restored so that the on-line help for visualization components can be retrieved. It would be nice to get this done before the release and in time so that I can check that the on-line help is consistent with current visualizer behaviour, especially given the extensive migration to checkable options that has just taken place.

Actually, I see that WhatsThis has been moved to the Help menu a long time ago. Shift+F1 should also work.

Since shamefully few GUI items (with the admirable exception of your display plugins) actually implement a WhatsThis, I decided to move this control to the Help menu.
