Removal of the Purr icons from the tree (see bug 835) leaves a broken icon, instead of the cat. Needs to pull this from purr.

Can't we just put PyApps/src/icons/treebrowser/purr_logo.xpm back into the meqtrees package (as /usr/lib/meqtrees/icons/treebrowser/purr_logo.xpm)? See also bug 835.
