Frequency axis increment not written to FITS header #17

The frequency channel width (CDELT4) is zero in the output FITS header.

Edit: Actually I'm trying this on a BETA Measurement Set (my VLA data won't work because of issue #10) and the ATNF standard is to have negative channel widths (I have no idea why, and I'm not a fan but here we are). So this might be related to the channel width being negative.
