Hopefully the SA Police don't sue me for plagiarism.

Tie up loose ends in the im.py module and find appropriate homes for some functions in im.argo.

Expand owlcat/fitstool.py functionality. 

--add-axis=CTYPE:CRVAL:CRPIX:CDELT[CUNIT:CROTA]

Especially if you want to predict visibilities from an image which is not made by lwimager.

Fixed in 33de76e7745ce96beb78212580d75233e80cebbd @o-smirnov see keep_component_images option in im.wslean.make_image()
