Loading Pyxis recipes from a different directory #5

1) Add feature to pyxis that allows one to load a pyxis recipe from a different directory. 2) Allow a pyxis-*.conf file to be specified on the command line.

All done. Recipes and configs can be specified on the command line. See also the new -s, -A and -P options.
