Create an image per simulation container for IO #32

We can't do mounts to the hosts, since path is not known from inside the container.

Workaround is to create an image per container and put the input there and get the output from there, copy that into the storage container.

Ok this is not going to work due to various technical limitations. We are using one big storage container now.
