Make result set viewer standalone #40

Oleg wants to run the resultset viewer standalone.

we decided to use an dockerized ipython notebook as a base for this:

https://github.com/radio-astro/docker-notebook

the rodrigues resultset viewer can still operate standalone with some work, but the ipython notebook approuch is probably much more flexible.
