Sorry only saw this now @sjperkins. Do you need a review on this? I've been meaning to pick up shadems I can run it on some visibility data if you want?

No, this was an essay to demonstrate how one would apply the codex averaging code within xova itself. I don't think it was ever intended to be merged.
