Update MeerKAT coordinates #42

These are the survey WGS84 coordinates for MeerKAT. The coordinates are the barycentre of the 4 plate bolts + 8.250m (cross-axis position). Survey was referenced at the 21 degrees East meridian.

This fixes #41

I've already tested that it runs through with the new coordinates
