Add instructions how to move the Linux kernel to the rootfs on Raspberry Pi and to update with a RAUC bundle #12

@leon-anavi I'd suggest just implementing it like this (instead of documenting). Having no option to update the kernel properly is not a good recommendation for an example anyway ;)

Yes, let's start with the documentation and later on when more time is available with implementation by default.
