Cordova (iOS/Android) version #44

I'd like to pack Sharesome for iOS and Android so it can be used as receiving app for share hooks.

Needs a bit of tuning for the history layout (dynamic width/sizes/padding using flexbox). Also, #9 would be extremely useful on cell connections.

Both of the aforemention blocks have been solved recently. But also, I'm not sure we even need a packaged version on Android anymore, as we could probably use the Web Share API and make Sharesome a Web Share target. See #47.
