Remove requirement to connect storage before adding bookmarks #38

... and add some kind of indicator/message that they're not synced unless connected.

Requirement removed and added a nice illustration to the empty-list view. Feels fantastic, and syncing data that was entered while disconnected, after an account has been connected, works like a charm (haven't tried Dropbox and Gdrive yet).
