Updating Slack API token URL. #313

Issue The previous version provided an outdated URL (https://api.slack.com/web).

Solution The URL has been updated to the appropriate endpoint (https://api.slack.com/custom-integrations/legacy-tokens).

Slack legacy tokens are not recommended. Is this really the way to go?
