How to configure for IBM Cloud (BlueMix)? #375

Hi, I have deployed to NOW and it works as expected. Now I would like to try it with IBM Cloud, I'm able to deploy it successfully but not sure how to configure it with

SLACK_API_TOKEN SLACK_SUBDOMAIN GOOGLE_CAPTCHA_SECRET GOOGLE_CAPTCHA_SITEKEY
