What do you think about adding the tzdata package to make the image usable to ppl in other timezones?

Seeing as selected timezone actually affects the output HAR file it sounds reasonable. use env value TZ to set timezone e.g -e TZ=Europe/Tallinn Triggered manual build on Docker Hub so just pull the latest image.
