fix NPE in CFI if no cookies are present #743

I ran into a NullPointerException after updating the Manga list. This fixes it for me, but I don't know if the cookies might be relevant for the CFI...

is 100% relevant other ways it not work, its need a cookie present, but its a fix just in case don't throw error
