Dear @raunaqm

Is it possible to have a worked example? I get an error in likelihood_singles_wrapper_parallel.pl:

Illegal division by zero at likelihood_singles_wrapper_parallel.pl line 377.

I suspect that this is simply because I am not working out the correct input files for this step.

Hi @sdwfrost Sorry about the late response. I have unfortunately been locked out of this account. The new repository is maintained at https://github.com/raunaq-m/MLEHaplo.

Can you please try that and mention if the issue is still occurring ?
