[ENHANCEMENT] Add Volume Percentage #103

Since in the latest update the volume keys were changed to only affect Kew's volume and not the system volume it would be nice to see what percentage the volume is set to.

Also perhaps "=" should be the default keybinding for raising the volume, as while using + makes sense, in order to use "+" you need to use the shift key, while using "-" doesn't need the shift key to be used, this makes it fell uneven.
