Editing the Default Volume? #106

Is there a config entry to edit the default volume. 100% volume at startup by default is a pain.

I'm going to set it to 50% on the next release.

I want to go back to 100 because that's the default behavior for music players. So I'm going to make it a config choice.

Maybe it could remember the volume it was set to before it was closed?

Yeah that would probably be ideal. I'd need to add vol to all views for that though, so that you can quickly see that the volume is at 0%, for instance.

This is fixed in latest. It now remembers your volume.
