ACT variables for BlockPct, OverhealPct, etc #11

There are columns available to ACT for a few FFXIV-specific attributes, but no corresponding variables were created. This means that these values cannot be displayed on the DPS widget, and can't be used in clipboard export strings. Need to add all the missing variable definitions.

Added variables to the combatant level for ParryPct, BlockPct, and Incoming Hit rate to version 1.3.0.8.
