Suggested antenna balance tweaks #69

I've been doing antenna comparisons and found a few outliers. These are the values without RemoteTech installed.

CA-A100 Small Dish Antenna

EC/Mit value was much higher compared to other antennas.

CAE-102 Vorona Dish Antenna

EC/Mit value was much higher compared to other antennas. Mass was low compared to stock RA-2.

CA-L1200 'Draco' / CAE-L165 'Fomalhaut' probes

Efficiency (EC/Mit) was too good. Slowed down speed a bit since these are probe cores and not dedicated antennas.

Original values compared against the other Coatl's:

I'm still testing. I'd like to keep the integrated landers efficient as these are supposed to be one-shot missions. I want to make sure the antenna can transmit all the data from the landing

My advice is from the point of view that as you move away from the standard 6 EC/Mit transmit cost, you move away a LEGO-like approach where players can use your parts easily in combination with parts from other mods.

For the CA-L1200, you may want to just bump up the amount of EC on the two probe cores by 2.5x.
