Main change - Changed the persistence models to store full ID (with the prefix) in the references.

Side changes:

Added checks that referred tickets and cutom field actually exist in the DB.
Reames ('BacklogItemRelatedItem' to 'BacklogRelationshipType', 'Modifications' to 'ModifiedBy', 'CustomFieldReference' to 'CustomFieldReferenceDto')
