Switch UI to PyQt #5

This might be too early to suddenly decide but it seems like Tk is not adequate. Though, as for now, CTk (on top of Tk) works perfectly fine for the needs. Albeit being too slugish and old looking, the GUI is actually usable and a lot better than having to fiddle with console or IPYNB.

There seems to be no necessity to migrate to PyQt
