Collections in NPR API #105

For a separate project over the summer, NPR made some changes to the API. 
Stories that used to have multiple story elements as <li> now have a more 
structured method of displaying. I've attached a doc to the downloads section

to handle stories using this collection method.

The reason I'm making this as critical is because existing stories using this 
method are breaking currently.
