Hi,

Not much here, just some clarifications in the README about the viahtml parameter.

I had issues with most of the Wordpress feeds I wanted to subscribe to and the solution was already there ; but I had to read the actual code to find it.

I make this modification proposal to help other people who might have the same issue given the popularity of Wordpress.

Also a quick style fix for the existing URL example.

Thanks for the work, this plugin is great!
