Cant start the game cause the game does not accept any civilizations, saying that i put too many civilizations into a small map #1

no other mods are active, 3.15.11

also tried with larger map sizes, the problem still persists

If you have a game that already has the lotr mod in it, load that and create a new game from there.

@nekros210 I got this error too when the Custom map was chosen. If you choose Generated, you should be able to play. I had mine on Pangea map, which is close enough to Middle Earth until the modders can fix their custom map. It may be a WIP.
