Polish translation #183

I took the .properties files from Italian,Russian and Spanish. Compared them and created set of english sentences, deleting their translation. Later i just passed it by my translating program and I corrected some mistakes. I think that there could be some polish players who will like this work. It looks like this is the best mod for Unciv worldwide :D

I'm going to require you to put a space on both sides of the equals sign. E.g., write your translations as original = translation rather than as original=translation as this PR currently has

Things look mostly in order. I'm sure if an error is found someone will probably notice eventually
