Some nations' unique trait conditionals are deprecated as of 4.10.15, the suggested changes were made

I complain about this multiple times, I take a month or 2 long break, I come back an it still isn't changed??? (For the record, my complaint is the wording change Unciv uses is not correct, it should be <upon discovering a [techFilter] technology> to make more sense in English. I'm this tempted to fix it myself at least in Rekmod via the English "translation")
