Scribble subtask-2: Generate a PDF report #209

Generate a PDF report using Active Storage and Action Cable. The report should contain the list of published articles and their analytics in a table format.

Also ensure you write test cases and utilise Ramda as well as React Query and Zustand. This is very important so as to ensure that you learn these concepts well. Very widely used in neeto side.
